Return and Warranty Policy

Golf Carts

At Blue Sky Carts LLC, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality golf carts that meet their needs. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy.

Exceptional Returns

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this return policy on a case-by-case basis. For new purchases: If management determines that a return is warranted due to defects or other issues beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or replacement unit at no additional cost to you, subject to inspection and verification of the issue within a 30 day period.
Used or Preowned : Sold -as- is and are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Warranties:
ActivEv: 4-year manufacturer's limited warranty and a 8-year limited lithium battery warranty on Eco Battery.
Sierra LSV: 3-year manufacturer's limited warranty and a 6-year limited lithium battery warranty.
Bighorn: 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty.

Warranty & manuals are available online. Extended warranty may be purchased on both new and used carts depending on year of the Golf Cart or LSV.

Lectric eBikes:

All Lectric eBike sales are final. Returns are not accepted.

Warranty Claims and Service: As an authorized dealer, we can handle warranty claims, order replacement parts, and provide service for Lectric eBikes. All Lectric eBikes come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, which customers can view at lectricebikes.com

Parts & Accessories- All electric parts and accessories are final sale.
Tires and some in-stock items: If purchased from in-stock inventory and the wrong size was selected, they may be exchanged within 24 hours, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Special Orders: Any parts that are special ordered are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process

If an exception is made under this section, the following process will apply:

The customer must contact management directly to request approval for a return.
If approved, the customer must ship the golf cart back to us at their expense using a track-able shipping method.
Upon receipt of the returned unit, our quality control team will inspect it to determine if it is indeed defective or faulty.
Once inspected, we will issue a full refund to the customer.

Return and Refund Restrictions

Please note that certain conditions apply to this return policy:

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
The golf cart must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
We reserve the right to deny any claim if we determine that the customer has tampered with or modified the unit.
